PsychWell is designed as a personal self-help tool. You acknowledge that:

- The AI insights provided are generated by algorithms and should be viewed as supportive suggestions, not professional instructions.
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Data & Privacy
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device to protect your private journal entries. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or clearing of browser data.

In no event shall PsychWell, its developers, or its university supervisors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
